We are happy to report that the contract was approved (or ratified) by you, the members, Friday with an overwhelming YES response. Thank you to everyone who showed up to vote and to every team member who was there to answer questions and assist during the vote.

What’s next?

The contract is then reviewed with the prover­bial fine-tooth comb” and once that is completed it will be distrib­uted to both Virginia Mason manage­ment and your WSNA negoti­ating team members for their signa­ture. When every signa­ture is obtained, the contract is then posted for all. This obviously doesn’t happen overnight so in this interim period of time, if you have any questions please reach out to one of the officers who can answer those for you.

Please note: The fight, especially for staffing, is not over! Now is the time to build on this engage­ment.
