Contract Negotiations 2023-2025

Negotiations for your 2023-2025 contract are underway. We met for our first session on June 6. Our proposals not only include improvements in wages and differentials; but also improved language on low census, overtime, vacation scheduling, job training, safe staffing, and extra shift incentives. We are waiting on the responses to our proposals. Coalition bargaining will continue June 22, July 12, July 26, August 2, August 15, September 7, and September 13.

We will continue to update you as negotiations continue. Feel free to contact your WSNA Nurse Representative for any questions or comments.
