Contract negotiations update - We have a TA!

After 10 sessions of negotiations, we have reached a Tentative Agreement.

We believe this agreement values the contributions nurses have made and seeks to retain highly qualified nurses who are committed to the veterans they serve.

The new contract articles will be provided for you to review at the contract vote.

Your vote is important. Please see the dates/times below to vote at your facility.

Here are the Economic Highlights:

  • Advance 2 pay ranges effective July 1, 2023
  • RN 2 66N to 68N
  • RN 3 70N to 72N

Plus

  • Annual Wage increase of 4% effective July 1, 2023
  • Annual Wage increase of 3% effective July 1, 2024

Plus

  • MOU: 24/7 Facility Premium Pay of 5% added to your hourly base salary
  • Evening and Night shift differential increase to $4/hr
  • Weekend differential increase to $4/hr
  • Retention Lump Sum Payment of $1,000 for continuous employment from July 1, 2022 to July 1, 2023. Prorated for P/T and O/C nurses.
  • MOU: COVID-19 Booster. One time lump sum bonus of $1,000 to employees who show proof of updated vaccination(s) and booster(s).
