Negotiations update

Your WSNA bargaining team has met with the employer on November 25 and then again on Monday, December 9.

Both parties shared interests in changes to our CBA that we would like to see for the contract term of Jan 1, 2025 to Dec 31, 2027,

Both parties exchanged full proposals including economics.  WSNA is working to assist in making AMR the employer of choice with competitive salaries and wage increases.

We have reached some Tentative Agreements on a few subjects and continue to drill down on the economic components of the contract including wages, differentials and health benefit premiums.

We are meeting for our 3rd scheduled session with the employer on Tuesday, December 17 with hopes to reach an agreement.

Stay tuned for additional updates about a potential Tentative Agreement on the entire contract and a subsequent vote by the membership.

Your WSNA RN Leaders are working hard to assist in reaching a contract that captures your priorities!

Together we win!
