Tuesday, May 2, your local unit officers along with Montlake will be hosting a nurse’s week celebration as well as a celebration of our 9% pay increase on July 1! Please join us at Old Stove Brewing at Ship Canal on Nickerson. Please RSVP so we can have an accurate headcount for the food truck.

OR/PACU and all areas that take call

The hospital is still pushing back on paying all the premiums outlined in the contract. They are offering if the nurses are agreeable to continue the practice of taking call directly after a regularly scheduled shift, IF you are willing to waive the daily double time premium that goes into effect July 1. We need to hear from you if this is what YOU want. Please use the link below to respond either in favor or against this proposal.

Staffing Committee

We need you to join us on the staffing committee! Your organizer Zach and I will be putting together training for those interested in becoming staffing representatives for their units.
