Reminder: Complete the Survey for Your WSNA Bargaining Team

It is vital to keep communication lines open during the bargaining process, so any RN who completes the survey and enters a valid cell phone number and email address will be entered to win various prizes, including $100 gift cards to Fred Meyer, $25 gift cards to Starbucks, or a pizza party for your floor! Winners will only be individually notified via the cell phone or email that you give us. We will do an early bird drawing at the end of the week and another drawing after the survey closes on January 4.

The current contract between WSNA and UWMC-Northwest expires June 30, 2021. We are starting negotiation prep with the team in early 2021 and will go to the table shortly thereafter. This survey is our first step in our preparation for contract negotiations. Your input is critical to determining our priorities as we head to the bargaining table. It is vital that we know your issues and concerns prior to the start of the negotiations. Take a moment to complete this survey now.
