Hello,

UWMC Northwest has given notice of an intent to change the requirements for reserve nurses. The highlights the hospital is proposing are a 4 shift per month availability as well as some weekend availability. WSNA therefore, sent a demand to bargain and will be entering into mid-term bargaining with your employer. We are looking for your input and participation. We are looking for several reserve nurses who would be willing to join in the negotiations. (Reserve nurses who may participate in bargaining are those who are members and have met the 350 hour requirement to be included in the bargaining unit.) The possible dates are:

• Tuesday, Oct.6: 3:30 – 5 p.m.
• Wednesday, Oct. 7: 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
• Thursday, Oct. 8: 1 – 3:30 p.m.
