The current contract between WSNA and the UW Medical Center - Northwest expires June 30, 2023. To establish predictability in wages as well as long term stability, WSNA has elected to voluntarily engage in early bargaining beginning in September of this year. Both parties have agreed that this bargaining will focus mainly on economics (wages and benefits in order to bolster recruitment and retention)

It is vital that we know your issues and concerns prior to the start of the negotiations. Take a moment to complete this survey now.
