Bargaining Update - YOU MADE YOUR VOICE HEARD

Your bargaining team continues to fight for the contract you deserve. On July 18, we met with management, who claimed their 5% offer over two years was their best.

We pushed back immediately. We told them their proposal doesn’t come close to honoring the physical, emotional, and mental toll you take on every day. We made it clear: we won’t recommend this deal, and we believe you won’t accept it either.

Management looked us in the eye and said: “We think the nurses will be fine with this proposal.”

You proved them wrong.

72% of the bargaining unit voted in the advisory vote—and 97% voted NO.
You sent a powerful message: this offer is unacceptable. Now, management must return to the table and bargain in good faith for a fair contract.

Next Steps

We’re planning our next action, and we need you there. Stay tuned for the next steps. Show management we’re united, we’re strong, and we won’t stop until we win a contract that reflects our value.
