Negotiation update day 5

Hello WSNA nurses,

Your WSNA bargaining team met with management on March 16 for our fifth full day of bargaining. Negotiations have become more productive, and management has moved closer to our competitors' wages and the retirement and PTO priorities you gave us. While they are close, we need your help getting to the finish line by doing these three things:

1. Get a car sign from one of your officers and distribute to local businesses, friends, and family and display it proudly in your car.

2. Attend the Board meeting (in person and if possible in WSNA blue or your scrubs) here at the hospital in the conference room or via Zoom link on March 23 at 1630.

3. Wear your WSNA badge swag and WSNA blue to show your solidarity and union pride.

Your WSNA membership is crucial to show our strength to management. Join today at https://www.wsna.org/membership/application.

See you at the board meeting!

Contact Mara Kieval for any questions or concerns at mkieval@wsna.org or 206-575-7979 ext. 3051.

Your negotiation team,
Anngalyn Brown
