We have reached a tentative agreement on your contract!

On March 29, your bargaining team met with management and reached a tentative agreement on a new contract for a three-year term. Highlights of the enhancements to your collective bargaining agreement include:

  • Increased wages
    - first year 7%
    - second year 4%
    - third year 4%
  • Increases to matched contributions to retirement
  • Increases to premium pay
  • Reconfiguration of shift differential calculations that give you credit for working the night shift for all hours worked
  • Additional opportunities to cash out PTO
  • One additional holiday

Stay tuned for a detailed contract summary of all of the improvements to your contract soon. We will be holding the ratification vote next week.

When: Friday, April 7
Times: 1500-1700 and 1800-2000
Where: Conference Room B

We will have copies of the summary as well as copies of the entire contract for your review at the vote.
