Contract survey is closed. Did your unit win a party?

We had hundreds of nurses share their concerns and priorities for upcoming contract negotiations. Your responses will help inform the negotiation team and your WSNA Officers on the issues that have changed since last year and help us build out the support team needed to get the best contract possible.

We wanted to make the survey a little more fun this year by adding in a contest. The competition was close, with the top 6 units being decided by a few nurses each. The top two units with the highest percentage of nurses that took the survey won a unit party, and the unit with the highest percentage of non-members that took the survey also won a prize.

The winners are:

Member Contest:

Radiology
East 3
South 3

Non-Member Contest:

South 3
South 5

Congratulations to the winning units! Your WSNA Organizer Zach Seikel will be in touch with your Unit Reps and/or Officers to figure out what type of party your unit wants.

Your WSNA officers:

Chris Birchem, Co-Chair
Janet Moore Lane, Co-Chair
Paige Porter, Secretary
Cassie Bundick, Treasurer
Gemma Aranda, Grievance Officer
Kathryn Geren, Grievance Officer
Natalie Anderson, Grievance Officer
Emnet Bizuneh, Membership Officer
