Take a quick survey and state your priorities

Our RN contract with Overlake expires early next year. While many of our priorities remain the same as when we bargained our current CBA, we know your feelings about our workplace have changed.

Take a quick survey to let the contract bargaining team know your thoughts and priorities. It’s also your opportunity to let them know how you want to be involved to help get the best contract. This survey is open to both members of WSNA and non-members. Units with the top percentage of responders will win a party for their unit and the unit with the top percentage of non-members responding will also win a party for their unit!

How do you feel about Overlake since the pandemic? Read comments from dozens of Overlake RNs as to what they want Overlake to know about their work experience, written during the worst of it all last spring.

Take the survey today and encourage all your RN colleagues to do so as well. Our contract depends on your input!
