Contract negotiations start very early in 2024, just around the corner!

Your bargaining team needs every Overlake RN to do the negotiations survey, big time! We are extending the deadline to January 15!

Take the survey to share your voice and what you want to see advocated for in negotiations

Thank you to those who have submitted your survey.  Get your peers to do the same! Completing the survey preps your team to advocate for a fair contract for the nurses. We have been talking with nurses who are willing to take actions and building a good plan to win! Let us know what you are willing to do to make that happen in your unit and/or to consent to be on the bargaining team on the survey. The top departments with the highest percentage of surveys submitted will win prizes for their efforts. Who doesn’t love prizes?

Not a member yet? Only WSNA members are eligible to vote on contracts. Here is the solution: Complete the online application right away. Our unity is our strength because the contract does not fight for itself. The employer counts every non-member as on their side. We must be prepared and unify in this way to negotiate with strength. Do not let our contract risk take aways, become a member today.

What next? Do the survey and encourage your peers, as well!
