How can you support your negotiation team? Open and complete the survey. That is a great act of support and encouragement!

Take the survey NOW to make your voice heard in contract negotiations

Get your RN buddies to do the same! Completing the survey preps your team to advocate for a fair contract for the nurses. The survey is a key first step in following a plan to win! Let us know what you are willing to do to make that happen in your unit and/or to consent to be on the bargaining team on the survey, there is room for more! And remember, the top departments with the highest percentage of surveys submitted will win prizes for their efforts. Yahoo!
