Important WSNA update about mandatory COVID vaccinations and PeaceHealth's unlawful actions

WSNA has filed unfair labor practice charges against PeaceHealth. We are requesting that the federal government issue an injunction against PeaceHealth from putting nurses exempt from COVID vaccinations on unpaid leaves of absence on 9/1. PeaceHealth’s unlawful unilateral implementation is in clear violation of the National Labor Relations Act. This action will exacerbate already crisis-level staffing shortages, and we fear it will result in irreparable harm to our patients, our communities, and ourselves.
