Time Clock Changes

On May 23, 2023, we met for our fifth bargaining session over the changes to the time clock, resultant wage discrepancies, and how overtime is paid.

Both parties have submitted proposals and exchanged many counterproposals. Your WSNA bargaining teams seek to remedy adverse impacts on wages, disciplinary action/coaching, low census rotation, removing PTO without your approval, contradictory instructions on clocking in/out, etc. We will be meeting again to continue bargaining.
