Lauren’s Lap SAVE THE DATE
We are looking for 12 nurses to volunteer with us on Saturday October 17, 2026. This is our third year partnership with the Lauren McCluskey Foundation to provide basic first aid and water stations on their racecourse. This event focuses on increasing campus safety awareness related to domestic violence reporting in honor of Lauren McCluskey. All supplies will be provided including T-shirts and a free lunch! Commitment is roughly 9 am-1 pm.
Our union is also offering TEN registration spots to any Pullman nurse who would like to run the race themselves.
Take a moment and indicate your interest here so we can continue supporting this vital community event.
IENA OCTOBER 14, 2026 5P Legislative Reception Dinner Registration
Join us for an engaging evening where you can mingle and enjoy dinner alongside the legislative candidates from your district who will be on the November ballot! This is a unique opportunity for IENA members to engage directly with these decision-makers, allowing you to voice your frustrations and challenges while discussing your unwavering commitment to providing excellent nursing care. Seated with fellow nurses, you will have the chance to share your experiences and insights, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open dialogue. In return, you will gain valuable insights into the candidates’ proposed policy changes aimed at addressing the barriers you face in delivering high-quality nursing care.
While this event is complimentary for all WSNA / IENA members, please note that seating is limited to just 100 nurses, so we encourage you to register promptly to secure your place! We warmly invite non-members to join us for a nominal fee of just $10, providing a unique opportunity to experience the enriching and supportive environment that IENA offers.
This invitation is not merely a ticket; it is a gateway to a community dedicated to advocacy, professional growth, and the advancement of nursing standards. By participating in our events, you will engage with like-minded professionals, access valuable resources, and contribute to a collective mission that seeks to enhance nursing practice and improve healthcare delivery. Don't miss this limited-time opportunity to connect, collaborate, and empower one another within this inspiring network. Together, we can strengthen the nursing voice and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare landscape.
Doors open at 5 pm, come early and enjoy a drink at our no-host bar.
