As announced last week, our bargaining team was able to secure a tentative agreement after a two-day marathon of contract bargaining.

We’re currently preparing a complete redline draft of our tentative agreement, which will be posted online and attached to the electronic ballot next week when we vote. In the meantime, this summary is intended to help nurses understand the changes they’ll see in the proposed agreement when they vote and what those changes will mean for them moving forward. We encourage everyone to review the TA summary carefully and discuss any questions with bargaining team members before voting.

FAQ Session

Our team will be hosting multiple FAQ sessions across Thursday March 26, 2026. These will be through Microsoft Teams. We will follow our standard hygiene for online meetings including cameras being on, nurses logged in with a name, and no recording of meetings. We will also perform a unit roll call. Following these steps helps ensure our union security in these online spaces. Please choose a meeting time that works best for you.

When and How to Vote

Voting will occur entirely electronically. Voting will open on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 7 am and voting closes Saturday April 4, 2026, at 10 am. Ballots will be sent to the email address you have on file with WSNA from Election Buddy. Please make sure your contact information is up to date so you don’t miss your ballot and check your junk if you do not see it. This ballot will be a UNIQUE LINK for you only. You should not share it as it will only work for one person. If you have any difficulty getting a ballot, please contact Alle Machorro at amachorro@wsna.org.
