Yes, it really is time to prepare for contract negotiations again!

Your current contract expires December 31, 2024. Taking the negotiation survey is a critical first step to help inform and prepare the team about what matters most to the staff nurses in all divisions and locations across Seattle King County. Plan to spend about 10 minutes; longer if you want to include narrative to your responses.

Our last negotiations were difficult. Much was learned, most important was that the number of nurses that actively participate and engage in actions directly affects what happens at the bargaining table. Maybe you will be a team member or help your work site take action? Make your priorities known. Take the survey today!

In solidarity,
