Negotiation update

We are bringing your priorities and concerns to the negotiation table. We met for our first negotiation session on Nov. 14, 2019. We presented our initial and comprehensive proposal including significant improvements on parking, a competitive wage increase, increases in comp time carryover, and various premiums. We have proposed adding step 12 to the wage scale. We are waiting for the county’s proposal which they plan to provide us at our next session on Nov. 20.

We are seeking your assistance in the form of vacation donations. Three of our five team members are at the table on our own time, and any help is appreciated.

Paul Kunkel, Chair; Jane Storrs, Secretary; Brenda Balogh, Grievance Officer; Tami Nesler, Grievance Officer, and Melissa Fukunaga, Team Member
