Negotiations update day 3

Hello WSNA Nurses,

Your negotiation team met on July 23rd for our third day of negotiations. While we have resolved most of our outstanding issues, we are shocked that the hospital insists upon taking five minutes off of each nurse’s rest break. At the same time the hospital’s wage proposal would cause Skyline to fall behind other competing hospitals. Your negotiating team is committed to bargaining a fair contract that maintains market level wages and appropriate rest breaks. In our effort to do this we need all of us to show our solidarity and wear our WSNA buttons.

WSNA WEDNESDAY: Button up on Wednesday to show we are all in this together. Make sure to get yours from any of us on the team. We meet with the employer again next week on the 30th. United we bargain, divided we beg!

In solidarity, Your negotiation team.
