Day 4 negotiations update

We had a very productive day with management on Sept. 17, 2021. Management provided us with responses to almost all of our proposals. Late in the day we gave management our counter proposals.

Management provided their starting point on wages. They also gave us a proposal on PTO (Paid Time Off) as opposed to the current Vacation/Holiday/Sick banks. We have rejected their proposal but expect them to push on it.

We are scheduled to meet with management again on Sept. 27.

Incentive shifts MOU (Memorandum of Understanding)

Management has extended the current MOU through October. We’ll provide you with a copy of the MOU once it is signed by management.

Vaccine Mandate MOA (Memorandum of Agreement)

We continue to bargain the effects of the Governor’s vaccine mandate. We are close. Management provided us with a counter. We’ll provide a copy of that agreement once we have reached an agreement and it is officially signed.
