Negotiations update

We met with management on Aug. 30 for our third day of bargaining. Management presented a set of non-economic proposals and promised to deliver a complete economic proposal at our next scheduled session on Sept. 17. Your bargaining team is waiting to respond to these non-economic proposals until management presents a complete economic proposal.

Management stated they are considering a PTO proposal but have not provided it to us. Our next scheduled negotiations are set for Sept. 17 and 27.

We met with management on Aug. 20 to negotiate a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) regarding the effects of the Governor’s vaccine mandate. We presented our first draft. We will follow up with management. We are working on dates for them to give us their counter.
