Negotiations update

UGMC WSNA negotiating team2

We passed Economic proposals today. We told them in no uncertain terms to be paid at the same level as St. Joe's Bellingham and Peace Island.

PH refuses to give us wage parity with our sister facilities. Time to show PH how many of us are watching. Can I count on you to wear a sticker on shift Wednesday 10/25?

Remember to thank your negotiating team, who are using their days off and PTO to bargain this contract: Austin Bordeleau, Holly Swanson, Kelsey Sousa, Robyn Tilton, Sara Langrock, Shannon Lauder and Shawna Smith. You can use the PTO form on our local unit page to help them meet their FTE while in bargaining.

If you have any questions, check in with WSNA Resource Nurse Representative Carmen Garrison at cgarrison@wsna.org.
