Starting Jan. 1, 2026, the law gives hospitals and employees more meal/rest break flexibility while still protecting workers’ rights.
Most of the WSNA PAC-endorsed candidates were headed to victory, and the statewide ballot measure to maximize financial returns for the long-term care trust has been approved by voters.
