A reminder to get ready for information sessions and contract vote!

To inform nurses prior to your vote, we suggest that a review of your tentative agreement (TA) is a must read. The contract is a big document, so the TA summary provides brief descriptions of the changes. Please note that the wage tables are still being updated and will be available for viewing prior to the actual voting window following the information sessions. Some nurses have asked why they cannot yet see the 2028 and 2029 wage table. The reason is that the wage increases will be a narrow range which your team has negotiated. The percent will be determined prior to each January 1 and then applied when the consumer price index for Washington state is definitively known at the end of each prior year. Join us for info Sessions Tomorrow June 2 with 2 options (Virtual or In-person).

Come learn more about the TA that was reached.

Your Bargaining Team recommends a ‘YES’ vote.

Join us on June 2 to hear about the details of the TA and to ask any questions that you have. As the WSNA nurses know very well, this has been a long round of bargaining and there is a lot to discuss. Take a moment to read the TA Summary and then come with your questions to better understand the TA presented.
