Starting June 4, join us for ANA's Healthy Nurse Healthy Nation Do it in 10 Days Hydration Challenge. It is difficult to remember to consistently drink water, but for busy nurses it can be even more difficult to remember to drink water throughout the day, every day.

Making hydration a priority can help with weight loss, energy boosts, and even improve skin tone. Not drinking enough water increases your chances for joint pain, chronic fatigue, headaches, mood swings/irritability, poor digestion, sugar/salt cravings, staying sick longer, reduced ability to concentrate, premature aging and more.

Up for the challenge?
